• Usage data — snapshots and event history generated by our automated checks.
• Notes — any private notes you add to tracked properties.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the property tracking service and send you alerts and summaries.
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• To improve the service based on how it is used.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate PropertyTrack:

• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting. Your data is stored securely in their infrastructure.
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for alerts and notifications.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a tracked property, all associated snapshots, events, and notes are permanently deleted. You can request full account deletion by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

7. Cookies

PropertyTrack uses a session cookie solely to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
