By creating an account and using PropertyTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What PropertyTrack does

PropertyTrack is a tool that monitors publicly available property listings on third-party portals (such as Rightmove) and notifies you of changes such as price reductions, status updates, and listing removals. We do not list properties ourselves and have no affiliation with any property portal.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must not share your account with others or use the service for commercial resale.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data obtained through the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended functionality.

5. Accuracy of information

PropertyTrack relies on publicly available data from third-party websites. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Data should not be used as the sole basis for financial or legal decisions.
